EAI TERMS
EAI is not therapy or medicine. It is an immersive conversational reading. While experiences related to EAI may be uplifting or stirring, it is not a replacement for therapy or necessary psychological support. Nothing that is shared within this exchange is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
EAI is a space of teaching/learning/sharing and is not intended to replace professional mental health support or care. Upon payment & participation, all clients agree to take full responsibility for their own wellbeing and get any additional support they may need outside of this and all EAI offerings.

By carrying out & confirming a purchase (booking with payment), customers automatically agree to EAI’s STRICT NO REFUNDS policy.
If an unexpected life situation occurs, EAI will be open to accommodate unexpected personal events with options such as pausing a commitment, but this is an emergency exception and still will have no refund option.
If you have committed to a recurring payment plan, it is your responsibility to make a request to cancel the recurring payment plan with appropriate notice (which EAI suggests no less than 30 days notice). Once processed, any payment cannot be refunded. Any payment confirms the customer automatically understands and agrees to this policy.
Coaching or Session packages must be completed within the time frame allotted. If the package has not been completed by this time, the remaining sessions are forfeited without refund or transfer.
Canceling / Rescheduling
If you schedule an appointment and fail to show without any prior notice, you automatically forfeit the session, without refund.
Time zone mistakes are not a valid excuse. E will wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the scheduled time for you to show. If you do not arrive, the session is lost without refund. If you feel you will be late, please message ahead of time. E will extend the same courtesy in the rare case of a delay.
Coaching sessions can be rescheduled with 24-hours advance notice without forfeiting the session.
Voxer messaging will be available Monday thru Friday only. E will reply to you at earliest convenience on those weekdays.
